Better for customers and more convenient for you to support, Customer Care Department has upgraded and launched a new support page COGI Care.
Therefore, the customer service department would like to guide you on how to SEND REQUEST so that customers can grasp and manipulate more easily.
- Select the Game you are playing and have a problem to support.
Step 2: You select the issue to support, select the type of support request, then fill in the required information in "Request content" to be checked.
Lưu ý: - Bạn bắt buộc phải nhập nội dung cần hỗ trợ ở phần nội dung yêu cầu, vì nếu bạn không nhập thì hỗ trợ sẽ từ chối yêu cầu này vì để thông tin trắng nhé.
- Bạn có thể thay đổi Game khi nhấn vào biểu tưởng game như hình dưới nếu bạn chọn nhầm game trước đó.
- Select Support Issue, then select Support Request Type and fill in the information.
If you need to send an image file, you just need to select the Attachment section below the requested content and select the image you have saved, the system only accepts images with the format (jpg, gif, png, jpeg) .
Step 3: Click the Send request button and wait for the support team to respond.
